What are your office hours?
We’re open Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
What times are phones answered?
Our phones are answered Monday to Thursday between 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m and Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
How do I book a GP dermatologic assessment?
– If you are a current patient please use the online book feature.
– If you are a new patient and wanting to book a GP dermatologic assessment please print and fill out this form and make an appointment with your doctor or nurse practitioner to get a referral. They’ll contact us with the referral or they can send us an eReferral through OCEAN and we’ll call you to book an appointment. It’s that simple!
Do I need a referral to book a GP dermatologic assessment?
Yes. All GP dermatologic assessments are by referral only.
Do I need a new referral if I have a new skin condition for which the doctor has never seen me for?
If you have a new skin condition, please see your family doctor or nurse practitioner. If your family doctor of nurse practitioner feels a referral is necessary, they can fill out our referral form and fax it to us or they can send us an eReferral through OCEAN. We’ll call you to book an appointment once the referral has been received and triaged.
How do I book a Travel Medicine Consultation?

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life can get in the way of making a scheduled appointment. If you have to cancel or reschedule please give us 24-48 hours notice, otherwise a $50-100 fee may apply.
We require 48 hours notice for new Dermatology or Travel Medicine consults and 24 hours notice for follow-up appointments. If you cancel with less notice you may be charged a $100 cancellation fee for new consults or $50 for follow-up appointments.
To cancel your appointment with over 24 to 48 hours notice, using our Online Appointment Booking System is best. If cancelling with less than 24 to 48 hours notice, please call us at 613.369.5060.
I need to see a doctor and your offices are closed until tomorrow, what can I do?
If you’re having a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately or go to the nearest 24-hour emergency department.
If this is not an emergency, give us a call first thing tomorrow.
Will you renew my prescription by fax or phone?
We encourage you to book an appointment with your doctor for prescription renewals. If you are unable to do so, a $20 fee may apply for renewal requests that are faxed, mailed or called in.
Can my doctor call me to discuss my test results?
We prefer to discuss test results in person or over the phone so that we can answer any questions you may have. If a follow-up is required, we’ll call you to book an appointment.
I can’t seem to book an appointment using online booking.
– If you are a current patient and have been seen within the past year please contact the clinic for assistance.
– If you are a new patient you will not be able to book using online booking. Please print and fill out this form and make an appointment with your doctor or nurse practitioner to get a referral. They’ll contact us with the referral or they can send us an eReferral through OCEAN and we’ll call you to book an appointment. It’s that simple!
